• Your submission of an order is an offer by you to purchase the chosen photographs. We won’t be bound to supply any photographs until we have notified you personally of our acceptance of your order and have received its corresponding payment. We reserve the right not to despatch any photographs at any time.

• Sales prices will be confirmed individually and will have restricted validity in time.

  Non-confirmed prices are subject to change without notice.

• Prices are in Euro (€) and do not include VAT (IVA), currently of 21%.

  No VAT (IVA) will be applied if you reside outside the European Union and provide us with a valid VAT number.

• Artist's signatures and authentifications may be indistinctively onto the print itself or onto a label or sticker, without FOTOCOLECCIONISTA S.L. having to expressely specify.

• By ordering any photograph exposed on our website you declare to be aware and accept that colour, greyscale, contrast or the rendering of details on a screen may not exactly match original prints.

• All photographs are returnable within seven (7) days of their delivery date, packed in the same packing material in which they were received and insured for their full value. A thirty-five Euro (€ 35.-) handling fee will be charged in addition to the shipping cost, (exceptin the case of incorrect delivery, photolounge.eu will cover shipping and insurance; in all other cases the customer assumes these costs.) 

• All orders will be sent by registered mail or worlwide shipping services such as DHL, UPS or FedEx (unless specified otherwise).

• Foreign shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the country to which they are sent.

  FOTOCOLECCIONISTA S.L. is not responsible for any violation of these regulations, nor for securing import licenses. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle any customs questions or to settle any official actions taken as a result of an attempt to deliver the purchases.

• Any sale of these photographs does not imply transfer of copyrights, intellectual property rights or rights to reproduce the photograph in any way; you only acquire rights of ownership of a physical copy of a photograph.

• The authors (and/or the holders of the legal rights of the photographs) are and will remain owners of the copyright, intellectual property rights and reproduction rights.

• Our conditions of sale or any other information on our website can be changed at any time by us without prior notice. We therefore recommend you to check our conditions regularly, since you will be bound by those in use at the time your order is submitted.

• All actions or transactions derived from or related with this website are bound to Spanish Law. The Courts of Barcelona (Spain) are elected to settle any doubts arising from the use of this website, excluding any other Court as privileged it may be.
